Client Consent

By booking or receiving a service at Sofita Beauty, you confirm that you have informed us of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, nail conditions, infections, open wounds, prior reactions, medications, or other factors that may affect your service.

You understand that beauty services may involve products, tools, adhesives, gels, wax, tint, exfoliation, or other materials that may cause irritation or allergic reaction in some individuals.

You agree to notify Sofita Beauty immediately if you feel discomfort, burning, irritation, pain, or unusual sensitivity during your service.

Brow Tint and Waxing

For brow tint, waxing, and facial waxing services, clients should disclose any skin sensitivity, recent skin treatments, use of retinoids, acne medication, exfoliating products, chemical peels, sunburn, or prior reactions.

Sofita Beauty may refuse or postpone waxing or tinting if the skin appears irritated, damaged, sunburned, broken, infected, or unsuitable for service.

General Aftercare

After your service, please follow all aftercare instructions provided by Sofita Beauty.

Nail Aftercare

Use cuticle oil regularly, avoid using nails as tools, avoid harsh cleaning products without gloves, and contact us promptly if you notice lifting, pain, irritation, or unusual changes.

Pedicure Aftercare

Keep feet clean and dry after service, avoid harsh chemicals, and follow any instructions provided by your technician.

Brow and Waxing Aftercare

Avoid touching the treated area, heavy makeup, exfoliation, direct sun exposure, heat, saunas, pools, and active skincare products for at least 24 hours after waxing or brow services.

Client Responsibility

Sofita Beauty is not responsible for adverse reactions, lifting, irritation, infection, or service issues caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions, undisclosed conditions, product sensitivities, or outside damage after the appointment.
